Cancellation policy
Changed your mind? Orders can be cancelled any time before they ship. Subscriptions can be cancelled any time from the Manage subscription page, in one click, with no fee.
Before your order ships
Email [email protected] with CANCEL and your order number in the subject. If the order has not been handed to the carrier, it is cancelled and refunded in full, usually the same day.
After your order ships
Once a package is moving it cannot be stopped. Keep the delivery and use the 30-day guarantee instead: you get the same full refund and nothing needs to be sent back.
Cancelling a subscription
Open the Manage subscription page from the menu or the footer, enter your email, open the link we send you, and press Cancel. No phone call, no minimum, no fee. Nothing further is charged. A renewal that was already prepared ships as normal and is refunded if it arrives unopened and you email us within 14 days.
Address changes
Email us right away with the order number and the correct address. Changes are free before dispatch.
How refunds are returned
Always to the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank, usually 3 to 7 business days.
