Payment policy
Every payment runs through an encrypted, PCI-compliant checkout. Your card details never touch our servers.
What we accept

All prices are in US dollars.
When you are charged
One-time orders are charged in full when you place them. Subscription renewals are charged on the day each shipment is prepared, at the price shown when you subscribed, after an email reminder 3 days before.
Sales tax
Sales tax is calculated at checkout where state law requires it and shown before you pay.
Payment security
Card details are entered into an encrypted field provided by our payment processor and tokenised. We never see or store your full card number. Every transaction is screened for fraud.
If a payment fails
Nothing is charged and nothing ships. Check the card details and try again, or use another method. For subscriptions, a failed renewal is retried for 7 days and then paused, never cancelled, until you update the payment method.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 2 business days of being issued. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank.
