1. Who you are dealing with

2. Who can buy

You must be 18 or over and have a US shipping address. The products are dietary supplements for adults. They are not for anyone under 18, and not for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding without a doctor’s advice.

3. Orders and acceptance

An order is accepted when we email the order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order where a price was listed in error, stock is unavailable, or we suspect fraud; anything charged is refunded in full.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and include everything except sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where it applies. Shipping is free. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

5. Subscriptions

Subscribe & Save renews automatically on the schedule and at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. The Subscription policy sets out renewal notices, changes and cancellation. By subscribing you authorise the recurring charges described there.

6. Delivery

Delivery terms, timings and what happens with lost or damaged packages are in the Shipping policy.

7. The 30-day guarantee

Every product carries a 30-day money-back guarantee as described in the Refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

8. Using the products

• Follow the directions on the label. Do not exceed the stated serving.
• Consult your doctor before use if you take medication, have a medical condition, or are pregnant or breastfeeding.
• Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place.
• These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. The products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

9. Reviews and submitted content

By submitting a review, photo or message you give us a free, worldwide licence to display it on the site and in our marketing, with your first name and city. We may edit for length or remove anything unlawful or offensive.

10. Our content

Everything on the site (text, images, logos, product names) belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

11. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything the law does not allow to be limited.

12. Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and the United States. Any dispute will first be raised with us by email so we can try to resolve it; most are. Otherwise it is heard in the state or federal courts of Wyoming, unless the law where you live gives you the right to use your local courts.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on the site when you order is the one that applies to that order.
