Refund policy

How the 30-day guarantee works

• The 30 days start on the day your order is delivered, as shown by the carrier tracking.
• Email [email protected] with your order number and a line saying you would like a refund. No reason is required, though we read every one.
• The refund is issued within 2 business days to the payment method you used. How fast it shows depends on your bank, usually 3 to 7 business days.
• There is nothing to return. Keep the bottle, finish it or discard it.

What is covered

One full refund per product per customer under the guarantee. The guarantee covers the first order of each product, whatever pack size you chose, and the first shipment of a subscription. Later subscription shipments are covered by the cancellation terms below.

Subscription shipments

You can cancel a subscription any time before the next shipment is prepared and nothing further is charged. If a shipment is charged and prepared before you cancel, and it arrives unopened, email us within 14 days of delivery and it is refunded in full. We may ask you to hand the unopened package back to the carrier with a prepaid label.

Damaged or wrong items

If a bottle arrives damaged, with a broken seal, or is not what you ordered, email a photo and your order number and a replacement ships the same business day, or you get a full refund. Your choice.

A few conditions

• The guarantee is for people who tried the product. Orders of more than five bottles of one product in 30 days are refunded for the first five.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method. If that card is closed, contact your bank; they can receive the refund on your behalf.
• Priority Shipping Protection is refunded with the order it protected.
