What you agree to when you subscribe

When you choose Subscribe & Save at checkout, you authorise Dosera to charge the payment method you used for each renewal, at the subscription price shown next to the option when you subscribed, on the schedule shown next to it: every 30 days for a 1-bottle supply, every 90 days for a 3-bottle supply, every 150 days for a 5-bottle supply, until you cancel.

Price

The subscription price is 25% below the one-time price of the same pack and is shown beside the option before you buy. It stays the same for as long as your subscription is active. If we ever need to change it, you are emailed at least 30 days before the change and can cancel before it applies.

Renewal notices

You receive an email 3 days before every renewal with the date, the amount and a link to skip, pause or cancel. You also receive an order confirmation when the renewal is charged and a tracking email when it ships.

Changing your subscription

• Skip the next shipment: it moves one interval forward.
• Pause: no charges until you resume.
• Change the interval to 30, 60 or 90 days, or move the next date.
• Update the shipping address or payment method.
• Cancel: no further charges. You can resume later at the same price within 90 days.

All of this is done from the Manage subscription page, reached from the menu, the footer or the link in any renewal email. Enter your email and we send a secure link; no password is needed.

Cancelling

Cancel any time before the next renewal is prepared and nothing further is charged. A renewal that was charged and prepared before you cancelled ships as normal; if it arrives unopened, email us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we try again over the following 7 days and email you. If it still fails, the subscription is paused, not cancelled, so nothing ships and nothing is charged until you update the payment method.
